Travel disclaimer

Website content is general information and an invitation to learn about the All Sal concept. It is not a binding offer, booking confirmation, or guarantee of availability, price, itinerary, inclusion, accessibility, or outcome.

Each departure will have written booking materials identifying the legal operator, price, included and excluded services, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, supplier conditions, accessibility information, and other material terms. Those trip-specific documents control if they conflict with this website.

Hotels, carriers, restaurants, guides, venues, tour operators, and other suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Travel can be affected by weather, illness, government action, transportation disruption, supplier changes, safety conditions, and other events outside the host’s control.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing passport and visa requirements, entry rules, health considerations, insurance needs, personal suitability, and supplier terms before booking. Travel insurance may be advisable and, for some departures, may be required in the booking terms.

Rewards and loyalty programs

Points, miles, elite-night credits, status recognition, card benefits, statement credits, upgrades, and similar rewards are controlled entirely by the relevant hotel, restaurant, card issuer, loyalty program, or other supplier.

All Sal may structure certain departures to help travelers retain eligible rewards, but does not guarantee earning, redemption value, status treatment, benefits, or program eligibility. Program rules can change, and travelers should verify benefits directly with the program or issuer.

Privacy

The homepage interest form is provided through Google Forms. If you use it, your name, email address, travel-format interest, and any optional trip note you provide are transmitted to Google and made available to All Sal in its Google Workspace account so Sal can respond to your interest and plan future journeys.

Google may also process technical information needed to provide and protect the form. That processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment-card information, health information, passport details, or other sensitive information through the interest form.

For invited departures, All Sal may create a private trip page containing first names, profile photos, short biographical notes, and itinerary details. This information is provided by the trip organizer, stored with the site’s hosting provider, and made available through a secret guest link. The page does not request traveler accounts, phone numbers, email addresses, payment-card information, health information, or passport details. Anyone who receives or is forwarded the complete guest link may be able to view the page.

When the organizer chooses the “Generate cheeky bio” feature, the work description and personal notes entered for that traveler are sent through OpenRouter to a selected AI model provider to produce an editable draft. That information is sent only when the organizer requests a draft, and All Sal requests a zero-data-retention route. Avoid including sensitive or confidential information. Processing is governed by OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy and the applicable model provider’s terms.

Trip-page records and photos are hosted through Cloudflare. Published guest-page text and photos are delivered in encrypted form and decrypted in the invited visitor’s browser using the secret contained in the shared link. This reduces casual discovery and automated indexing but does not prevent an invited visitor from copying, capturing, or forwarding information.

Like most websites, the hosting and security provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. That processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

If All Sal later adds a booking system, analytics service, branded email automation, or other personal-data collection, this notice will be updated before that feature is used.

Cookie notice

All Sal does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, browser fingerprinting, or client-side storage for analytics. Trip Studio uses temporary browser storage only to open an organizer-requested preview, then removes that preview data. The embedded Google Form may use cookies or similar storage needed to provide and protect that third-party form, subject to Google’s privacy practices.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies to deliver the site, manage traffic, or protect against malicious activity. These cookies are used for essential network and security functions rather than advertising.

A consent banner is therefore not displayed in the current configuration. If non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are added, All Sal will add appropriate consent controls and update this notice before they are activated.
