Travel disclaimer

Website content is general information and an invitation to learn about the All Sal concept. It is not a binding offer, booking confirmation, or guarantee of availability, price, itinerary, inclusion, accessibility, or outcome.

Each departure will have written booking materials identifying the legal operator, price, included and excluded services, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, supplier conditions, accessibility information, and other material terms. Those trip-specific documents control if they conflict with this website.

Hotels, carriers, restaurants, guides, venues, tour operators, and other suppliers remain responsible for the services they provide. Travel can be affected by weather, illness, government action, transportation disruption, supplier changes, safety conditions, and other events outside the host’s control.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing passport and visa requirements, entry rules, health considerations, insurance needs, personal suitability, and supplier terms before booking. Travel insurance may be advisable and, for some departures, may be required in the booking terms.

Rewards and loyalty programs

Points, miles, elite-night credits, status recognition, card benefits, statement credits, upgrades, and similar rewards are controlled entirely by the relevant hotel, restaurant, card issuer, loyalty program, or other supplier.

All Sal may structure certain departures to help travelers retain eligible rewards, but does not guarantee earning, redemption value, status treatment, benefits, or program eligibility. Program rules can change, and travelers should verify benefits directly with the program or issuer.

Privacy

This version of the website does not include an inquiry form, account system, payment page, advertising pixel, or customer database. It does not request or store payment-card information.

Like most websites, the hosting and security provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. That processing is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

If All Sal later adds an interest list, booking system, analytics service, or other personal-data collection, this notice will be updated before that feature is used.

Cookie notice

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, browser fingerprinting, or client-side storage such as localStorage for analytics.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies to deliver the site, manage traffic, or protect against malicious activity. These cookies are used for essential network and security functions rather than advertising.

A consent banner is therefore not displayed in the current configuration. If non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are added, All Sal will add appropriate consent controls and update this notice before they are activated.
